How to Sell with Qlekta.com & Escrow.com

This guide will explain the step-by-step process of selling on Qlekta with Escrow.com.

1. After completing the registration and verification of your Escrow.com account, please ensure that you have added and selected an associated disbursement method to receive payments into your bank account.
2. Once a buyer has requested to purchase your watch via Qlekta / Escrow.com, there is no immediate action you need to take.
3. At each stage of the transaction you will receive an email updating you on the latest steps and progress of the transaction.
4. Once the buyer has sent funds to be held securely you will receive an email asking to securely dispatch the order and provide the relevant tracking information.
5. Once the buyer has received their order it will start the buyer inspection period (of X days). The buyer will then review the order before approving the transaction which then cause immediate disbursement of funds to the seller.

Escrow.com – Signing up

1. Visit www.escrow.com/signup  - please ensure you sign up from your home country of residence and do not use a VPN during the sign-up process, this allows us to verify your address and region more efficiently.
2. Enter your email address and create a secure password for your Escrow.com account. Please ensure adding a strong password consisting of 7 characters, at least one upper and one lower case character and at least 1 special character (eg. @, ?, !, #).
3. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be taken to your Escrow.com account’s home screen, please select “Get Verified” at the top of the screen, highlighted in the image below.
   
4. Select individual as the account type when first registering with Escrow.com. An individual Escrow account must be registered and verified before adding a Escrow business account.
5. Add your personal details, including:
   • Country of residency.
   • First and last name.
   • Date of birth.
   • Primary Phone number including country code.
   • Individual address including city, state and post/zip code.
6. Add company/business details including:
   • Company VAT number.
   • Company name.
   • Company registered address.
7. Then select save changes. You will receive an email from Escrow.com to your email address linked to your Escrow account confirm each stage of verification and any recent changes to your account.

Escrow.com – Verify

1. Next select “Verify your details” to progress your registration.
2. Verifying your details using Government issued documents to confirm your individual identity and address.
   • Select the type of Government issued identity document from the drop-down list.
   • Follow the instructions at the side of the screen to ensuring uploading a clear and visible ID document. You can use your smartphone to take images of your supporting documentation to upload to Escrow.com.
   • Upload appropriate image (jpg, gif, tiff, bmp or pdf file) of identity document. Select the tick-box, if your identity document includes current address of residency.
   • Add proof of address using support documentation from the drop-down list. Repeat upload process following the on-screen instruction for appropriate proof of address upload.
3. Once your proof of identity / address documentation has been verified and approved (you will be notified by email), you will be able to repeat the process above to upload a certificate of a company/business registration by selecting “Get verified”.
4. You will receive an email confirming your business/company registration document have been verified and approved.

Escrow.com – Banking

1. The next step is to link your Escrow account to your bank account.
   
   • On your Escrow account home screen, select the circle logo (top right of the screen) with the initial letter of your first name.
   • Select “My Profile” from the dropdown list.
   • From the “My Profile” section, you can change and update various aspects of your Escrow account including passwords, notification settings and disbursement methods.
   • Scroll down to “Saved Disbursement Methods” and select add new disbursement method.
   • Enter all relevant banking account information and then save the disbursement method.

Congratulations, you have successfully completed the onboarding process for your pending Escrow.com transaction.
