Bell & Ross have rolled all the essential scales into one dial, conveniently presenting them in different colors. This likens the BR 03-94 Multimeter to the dial of an Apple Watch which tracks activity in colored rings. Tech fans will be familiar with this dial, which has now made an unexpected appearance on the face of a mechanical watch.

Watchmakers have tried to make the novelty useful for all the professions which historically relied on chronographs to record speed, pulse and distance traveled. The central indications are almost lost in the abundance of scales encircling the small seconds at 3 o'clock, the round date display at 1 o'clock and the 30-minute chronograph counter at 9 o'clock. The multicolored scales give the dial a playful look, although the character Bell & Ross are known for remains unchanged overall.

It's a masculine watch which draws on the design of flight instruments found in a pilot's cockpit. The square case with rounded corners is made of matte black ceramic. It measures 42 mm in diameter and 12.80 mm in height. Complemented by a practical strap made of perforated black rubber, this watch equipped with the automatic caliber BR-CAL.301 movement is no joke.
