Studio Underd0g brings a food-inspired palette to the watch industry.

Studio Underd0g introduced a pink-and-green Watermel0n chronograph in 2021 (Oris and Glashütte Original only caught up in 2024), and an eggplant-inspired Aubergine limited edition was unveiled by Studio Underd0g x Fratello in 2022. See any pattern emerging here?

We still have a few months left in 2024, but this studio based in the English village of Pangbourne in Berkshire has already served us passion fruit and salmon. The fruity two-model capsule collection was unveiled earlier in Geneva, launched in partnership with H.  Moser & Cie.

Both the color of the tropical fruits skin and flesh are reflected in the H. Moser & Cie. Endeavour Perpetual Calendar Passion Fruit model and the Studio Underd0g 03SERIES Passi0n Fruit chronograph. The latter uses a purple counter on an amber-colored dial.

Its steel case measuring 38.5 mm houses a hand-wound Sellita SW510 M movement with a 63-hour power reserve. There's a joke about a talking salmon who finds out there's a color named after him: he can't understand why it's a mysterious pink color and not silvery blue like the color of his scales.

The designers of the Salm0n have included both fish-inspired tones in the Salm0n chronograph. The tone we're used to calling salmon, traditionally used on watch dials, can be seen on the tachymeter scale around the edge of the dial and the 30-minute counter at three o'clock.

Meanwhile, the textured center with a dégradé finish on the top dial should remind you of the salmon's shimmery silver-gray scales — the talking salmon would approve! The dial is framed by a steel case measuring 38.5 mm in diameter and 13.6 mm in height.

The novelty houses a new Sellita SW510 M movement with a stated timekeeping accuracy of 5 ±5 s/d — the same movement used in the 03SERIES Passi0n Fruit watch released earlier in the set with Moser & Cie.
