Precious metals

Gold. The traditional and most common texture in the luxury segment is gold (yellow, pink, white), but not in its pure form (due to its natural softness), but in the form of an alloy with a high/medium / below-average amount of pure metal in the composition. The most requested is 18k gold.

Palladium. A precious metal that is not subject to oxidation is rarely used for the production of cases due to its rarity and high cost—lightweight, effortlessly polished.

Platinum. Just like palladium, it is a rare and expensive precious metal. It is only used in ultra-luxury watches.

Non-precious metals

Titanium. Lightweight, durable, and hypoallergenic - this metal affects the final cost of a watch due to the difficulties associated with its processing technology.

Bronze. A metal that is gaining popularity today among mid-price luxury segment manufacturers. It is appreciated for the patina that appears over time on the surface, the pattern of which from model to model is purely individual.

Stainless steel. The most common and inexpensive metal. At the moment, it is actively being introduced into the collection line by many top manufactories.

Non-metals

High-tech ceramics. It is appreciated for its durability, rich color range, glossy surface.

Sapphire. A small number of top manufactories use it due to the complexity of processing. A transparent case is especially typical on complex models (classic and atypical) to provide the viewer with a panoramic view of the caliber.

Carbon. Composite case (sintered at enormous temperatures into a single whole of carbon fibers) has been a trend in recent years. It is appreciated for its lightness, strength, resistance to other mechanical damage.
