Return policy

Qlekta operates as a marketplace and does not interfere with the transaction between the buyer and seller. You are not required to accept the return of items, but if you do, please comply with the return policy you specified.

If the seller accepts the return of the items, the buyer can return the item for any reason, even if he/she simply changed his/her mind. If the return of the goods meets the conditions for the return of the goods you specified, you must accept it.

Accepting returns

If you accept the return of items, you must specify the return criteria precisely. These include (but not limited to):

  • the period within which the buyer must notify about the return
  • who pays for the return shipping
  • how the refund or replacement happens
  • remember that buyers who purchase goods sign a contract based on the information you provide in your listing, including the terms of return of the goods. For this reason, you cannot add or change the return criteria after the sale of the item
  • even if you indicated that you do not accept returns, the buyer might insist on a refund if they do not receive the item, or the item does not match the description.
